Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG submits that the judgment passed by this Court has already been implemented vide Order No. 1442-DSWJ of 2015 dated 09.06.2015. On 16.07.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to report instructions in the matter, however, none is present today on behalf of the petitioner.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents that the order stands implemented way back in 09.06.2015, which has been placed on record, proceedings in this contempt petition are closed. However, in case the petitioner is not satisfied, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court for revival of the petition.
