Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gopikandar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 765 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Walter Bhengra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka. 3. On 02.08.2024, dacoity was committed in the crusher of the Informant by unknown dacoits. Accused persons looted Rs. 1,24,000/- from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that the co-accused Fulchand Hansda has been granted bail by this court in B.A. No. 107 of 2025. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Walter Bhengra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka in connection with Gopikandar P.S.
