As the issue involved in these writ petitions is inter-related, both the writ petitions are taken up together and are disposed of through this common order. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in view of completion of the local body elections in the year 2021, the claim of the petitioners has been considered and acted upon in accordance with law. It is further submitted that no instructions have been received from the petitioners regarding whether any cause of action survives for further adjudication. 3. Hence, in view of the fact that the entire election process has been completed, no cause survives for further adjudication by this Court. 4. Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 5.
