Case No. 27 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The deceased had died within one year of marriage and her half- burnt dead body was recovered from behind the house of the petitioner from a culvert. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2025. 5.
