This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Session Trial No.370 of 2001 (State vs. Siyaram) arising out of Case Crime No.352 of 2000, under Sections 307, 364, 302 IPC, Police Station Koshikalan, District Mathura pending before court of Additional District and Sessions Judge IVth, Mathura within a shortest span of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid session trial no.370 of 2001, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
