This is 3rd bail application. The 1st and 2nd bail applications were rejected vide orders dated 22.08.2024 and 11.04.2024 respectively. 3. I have perused the status report dated 2.7.2025 that a trial is at the stage to record statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C., therefore, the trial is at fag end as such any statement in regard to the nature of evidence cannot be considered at this stage. The instant application is rejected. 4. However, if the trial is not concluded within a period four months, applicant have liberty to approach this Court for bail.
