30,85,721.07A, is illegal arbitrary, unconstitutional, and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g), and 21 of the Constitution of India, as well as the Petitioner's rights under the aforesaid Government Order and Declare that the inaction of the Respondents in considering and disposing of the Petitioners representation dated 21.11.2025 is illegal, arbitrary, and unconstitutional, and constitutes a violation of Articles 14, 19(1)(g). and 21 of the Constitution of India, as well as the Petitioner's statutory and contraptual rights under the relevant Government Orders and II. Consequentially direct

the Respondents to forthwith release the admitted, approved, and sanctioned subsidy amount amount of Rs. 24,03,107/- to the Petitioner, along with full interest on the outstanding amount from their respective due dates (calculated till 05.12.2025 as Rs. 6,82,614.07/-), totaling Rs. 30,85,721.07/-, along with future interest @12 percent per annum from their respective due dates till the date of actual payment and III.
Direct the Respondent Bank No 8 (Indusind Bank, Consumer Finance Division) not to take any coercive steps, including sale of the Ashok Leyland goods truck lorry (Registration No. AP39UM4689) pursuant to pre sale notice 16.10.2024, which is the Petitioner's sole source of livelihood, until such payment made by other respondents and/or to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent Bank No.8 (Induslnd Bank, Consumer Finance Division) not to take any coercive steps, including the sale of the Ashok Leyland goods truck lorry (Registration No. AP39UM4689) pursuant to pre sale notice dated 16.10.2024, which is the Petitioner’s sole means of livelihood, until the release of the above-sanctioned amounts by the other Respondents, and to pass IA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to consider and dispose of the Petitioner’s representation dated 21.11.2025 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of order and to communicate the decision to the Petitioner, failing which the Respondents shall be liable for consequences, and pass IA NO: 3 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to forthwith release the admitted, approved, and sanctioned subsidy amount of Rs. 24,03,107/ to the Petitioner under G.O.Ms. No.108, Industries & Commerce (IP) Department, dated 14.11.2015, G.O.Ms. No.42, Industries & Commerce (IP) Department, dated 05.05.2011, and G.O.Ms. No. 10, Industries & Commerce (IP) Department, dated 25.02.2021, on a priority basis within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and pass
