JUSTICE ALOK JAIN Present:- Mr. Nishant Maini, Advocate for the petitioner. **** SUDHIR SINGH J .(Oral) By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the official respondents to pay interest @ 15% per annum or more, for delayed possession of the property in question, on the entire amount deposited towards the cost of plot till the time possession is not granted as per their policies (Annexures P-4 and P-5). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 05.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) to the competent authority for redressal of her grievances, but no action has been taken thereon till date. Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 (competent authority), to look into the pending representation dated 05.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and pass an appropriate reasoned order thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order. 5.
