Medical reimbursement of a Government employee relates to service conditions and therefore the subject matter of these writ petitions falls within the definition of service matters as contained in Section 3(q) of the Administrative Tribunals Act. The writ petitions are, therefore, amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal.
