This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in taking steps to issue the Pattadar pass book and title deed duly incorporating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records including uploading in 1-B Adangal in the online in respect of my land in Sy.No. 280/2 admeasuring Ac. 4.00 cents situated at Yaparlapadu village, Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District, inspite of the written representation dt.27-10-2025 duly enclosing the copies of the documents substantiating his title, followed by personal visits, as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to issue the pattadar pass book and title deed and incorporate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records including online in respect of the above mentioned land, and to grant such other relief or reliefs” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation dt.27.10.2025 for updating his name in the online revenue records of the subject property. Though the respondents have received the said representation, they have not initiated any action for consideration of the said representation. Hence, the Writ Petition is filed. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Revenue, appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that objections were raised on the ground that the petitioner is required to submit an online application in the prescribed format to the 2nd respondent. He further 3 DR,J W.P.No.30756/2025 submits that, if the petitioners submit such an online application, the 2nd respondent would consider the same after obtaining necessary reports/remarks from the 3rd respondent and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the relevant records. 5. Considering the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to submit an online application to the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, based on the record and after obtaining reports/remarks from the 4th respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the application. No order as to costs. 6.
