He called out to them, demanding that the door be opened. His mother-in-law, Phuleshwari, and his wife, Manita, were cooking. After calling out two or three times, the door opened. Accused Jaikaran, using filthy language, threatened to kill them, claiming it took so long to open the door. He first struck his mother- in-law on the head with a sharp sickle kept near the door, causing her to fall. His wife, Manita, screamed and ran to the house. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that there are two injured persons out of which one is wife of the applicant and one is mother-in-law of the applicant, and when the wife was living at her parental home, and the mother-in-law of the applicant used to interfere in the quarrel between the applicant and his wife, on account of which the incident took place, and the applicant gone to the house of in-laws and said to have assaulted her wife and mother-in-law with Tangi, and the injuries sustained to the injured persons are grievous in nature, and the injured persons also sustained fracture on their heads, therefore, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case to enlarge the applicants on regular bail. 7.
