IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 1375 of 2025 Ram Mani Kushwaha @ Dharmendar Kr. @ Dharmendra Kr. @ Dharmendra Kushwaha, aged about 26 years, S/o Chotilal Kushwaha R/o Baghbera Ghat P.O. & P.S. Baghbera, Dist. East Singhbhum … … Petitioner - Versus - The State of Jharkhand ... … Opposite Party ------ CORAM: - HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner: M/s. J. N. Upadhyay, Advocate For the State : M/s. Fahad Allam, A.P.P --- 02/19.02.2025 Heard the Parties. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No.311 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.518 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26(1)/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella. On 22.08.2024, on the basis of confession of co-accused, house of Dipu Kumar Mishra was raided and from his possession, two pistols were recovered. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about six months. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is accused in as many as five cases. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. The petitioner, if so, advised may renew his prayer for bail after six months. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Saurabh uploaded
