GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D RAMESH WRIT PETITION NO: 36301 of 2025 ORDER:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 4th respondent and his men in interfering with the possession of petitioner’s DKT patta land to an extent of Ac.4.80 cents situated in Sy.No.1052 1A of Ganugachintha Revenue Village, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittoor District in absence of any prior notice without following due process of law as illegal and violative of Article 14, 21 ad 300A of the Constitution of India and contrary to the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977 and rules made thereunder and principles of natural justice and consequently directed the 4th respondent and his men not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession over DKT patta land to an extent of Ac.4.80 cents situated in Sy.No.1052 1A of Ganugachintha Revenue Village, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittoor District or alter the revenue records to his prejudice, except in due process of law and pass …” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted that initially the land was assigned in favour of the husband of the 5th respondent, and after the partition between the deceased brother and the petitioner, there are certain disputes arose within the family. Accordingly, based on the request made by the 5th respondent, the authorities are conducting an enquiry. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in fact, a civil suit is also pending. 4 5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, since the dispute is purely between family members, this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
