Petitioner has made representations dated 17th April, 2025 to respondent no. 2 (the District Magistrate) and others. Said respondent is directed to consider petitioner's representation. Certified copy of this order and copy of representation dated 17th April, be communicated by petitioner to said respondent, who upon noticing private respondents will take necessary steps, in event it is found there has been compromise, for it to be enforced. Requirement of bathroom and latrine are essential. Within four weeks of the communication the situation be dealt with. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
