Since, the appeal on behalf of the appellants no.1 and 3 was already abated vide order dated 29.07.2025, the instant appeal is abated on behalf of the appellant no.2 as well. Thus, nothing further survives in the matter. 4. Accordingly, the instant appeal is disposed of as abated. 5. Lower court record shall be returned back to the trial court concerned to be consigned.
