By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent No.2 to strictly comply with the order dated 27.12.2024 passed by the learned JMFC, Rapar in an application under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C., and to submit the further investigation report before the trial Court within such period as may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court. 3. Learned APP, upon instructions, submits that further investigation is in progress and that the police HAS properly complied with the order dated 27.12.2024 passed by the learned JMFC, Rapar. 4. In view of the above, no case is made out to pass further directions in this regard, as the police have already complied with the order of the trial Court and the further investigation is in progress.
