Applicants seek to condone the delay of 349 days caused in filing appeal against award passed by Reference Court. 3. Perused the application and reasons stated therein. The delay appears to be caused on account of financial duress supported by the applicants and also time consumed for collection of amount. Considering the reasons as stated, the 2025:BHC-AUG:11350 2 164-ca-577-2025 case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, following order: ORDER i.
