This is a 3rd bail application. The first bail application on behalf of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.3.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.21209 of 2020. Thereafter the second bail application on behalf of the applicant was also rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.3.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.55573 of 2022. 4. Since there is no representation from the side of the applicant, the present bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5. Pending application (s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
