Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 Quash the impugned rejection order dated 17.11.2025 passed by SDM, Korba. 10.2 Direct the respondents to grant necessary permission to the petitioner to organize the religious programme scheduled on ALFIZA BAIG Digitally signed by ALFIZA BAIG Date: 2025.11.21 14:43:16 +0530 2 25.11.2025, subject to reasonable conditions as the authority may impose. 10.3 Pass any other or further order(s) deemed fit in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for respondent State submits that after considering entirety of facts, application submitted by petitioner for permission of organizing religious function was rejected. He however submits that there is visit of her excellency The President in the State of Chhattisgarh and since 25th of November, 2025 to 29th of November, 2025, there is VIP movements in Raipur and other cities of Chhattisgarh. He however submits that if petitioner opts for some other dates in the month of December, 2025 their application would be considered. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that according to his instructions, petitioner will reschedule the programme for 2nd of December, 2025. 4. In the aforementioned facts of the case, nothing remains for adjudication and this writ petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit an application in this regard to competent authority and, if such an application is submitted by petitioner, competent authority shall consider and take decision on the same, in accordance with law, considering the discussion made in preceding paragraph.
