The petitioner has sought for the following reliefs in this petition:- “10.1 That This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to release all the retirement benefits of the petitioner in any stipulated time period with interest. 10.2 That This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to release the Arrears of 7th pay of the petitioner with interest and consequently This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to hold and declare that the petitioner is entitled to the Arrears of 7th Pay Scale till the date of his Service. In view of the above, Shri Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh in case of any cause of action survives. 4.
