JUSTICE S G PANDIT) The complainant is before this Court complaining disobedience of the order dated 21.02.2025 in Writ Petition No.106615/2024, whereunder this Court passed the following order: “(i) Writ Petition is allowed. (ii) Writ of mandamus is issued directing respondent authority to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19.08.2024 at Annexure-F within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” 2. On issuance of notice to accused, accused appeared and filed affidavit dated 04.11.2025 stating that the representation of the complainant was considered and endorsement dated 21.07.2025 has been issued.
