G RAJU The Court made the following: 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 3250/2024 ORDER: This contempt case is filed against the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders dated 17.04.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9191 of 2023. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel represents that in compliance of the order of this Court, the respondent considered the representation of the petitioner and passed a speaking order rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner requested to grant liberty to challenge the said speaking order. Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel, since the respondent passed a speaking order in compliance of the order of this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said speaking order by initiating appropriate proceedings. No order as to costs.
