This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 10.05.2024 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in W.P.No.11352 of 2024. 2. Heard Sri S. Bala Mohan Ranga, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J. Dileep Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Sri J. Dileep Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court, notices have been issued to the encroachers, wherein the said encroachers have filed a writ petition vide W.P.No.30876 of 2025 and this Court has granted an interim stay. In view of the same,

no steps could be taken and the authorities are pursuing the matter. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, there remains nothing for adjudication in the present contempt case and it is liable to be closed. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the authorities shall take steps in accordance with law subject to the outcome of W.P.No.30876 of 2025. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
