By this writ petition the petitioner is challenging the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the respondent No.2 – Caste Scrutiny Committee, thereby, invalidating the caste claim of the petitioner of belonging to ‘Koli Mahadev’ scheduled tribe. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the real sister of the petitioner namely Sakshi Sudhakar Bhise has been granted conditional validity by this Court in Writ Petition No.6234/2021 vide order dated 22.08.2023 and therefore the petitioner is deserves conditional validity. 2025:BHC-AUG:33757-DB 2 930.WP.14401.25.odt 3. The learned AGP has not disputed the said fact as well as the relationship of the petitioner with the said validity holder. Considering the same, we pass the following order. O R D E R a. The writ petition is partly allowed. b. The impugned judgment and order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the respondent No.2 – Scrutiny Committee is quashed and set aside. c. The respondent No.2 – Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue tribe validity certificates to the petitioner as belonging to ‘Koli Mahadev’ scheduled tribe in the prescribed proforma. d. The validity certificate of the petitioner shall be co- terminus with the validity certificates of the blood relatives of the petitioner who are facing reverification. The order having dictated in presence of the learned AGP and the Law Officer of the Committee, they shall immediately communicate this order to the Committee. e.
