The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the following prayer :- “It is, therefore, prayed that the petition may kindly be allowed and the FIR of Crime No. 11/2022 registered at Police Station – Kunda, Distt.- Kabeerdham (C.G.) against the petitioners may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the instant petition has become infructuous as the petitioners have already been acquitted by the learned trial Court. 4.
