ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to pass a writ order or orders more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 in involving in civil dispute O.S No.446 of 2023 is pending before the court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Markapur and threatning the petitioners of incriminating them in criminal cases under the guise of order dated 04-10- 2023 passed in W.P No.22837 of 2023 by this Honble Court illegal, arbitrary and against the the Art.14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 not to interfere civil dispute which is pending before the court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Markapur in O.S No. 446 of 2023 and pass.…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering with the civil disputes in between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioners and the unofficial respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent, except under due procedure of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
