WPSS No. 206 of 2025, filed by petitioner, was decided in terms of judgment dated 10.11.2022 rendered in WPSS No. 2056 of 2022. By the said judgment, suspension order, impugned in the writ petition, was set aside and the respondents were permitted to hold departmental enquiry against the petitioner on the charge of lack of basic qualification. 4. Alleging disobedience of the order passed in WPSS No. 206 of 2025 petitioner has filed this writ petition. 5. Mr. J.S. Bisht, learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that in compliance of order of this Court, the order of suspension passed against the petitioner was revoked on 07.05.2025 and he has been reinstated in service. 6. Mr. V.K. Guglani, learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the compliance of the order has been made. 7. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed.
