Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the petitioner, who is the Headmaster of Dakhin Kampur High School, Nagaon District was placed under suspension, vide order no.E-444387/239 Page No.# 2/2 dated 19.12.2024, issued by the Director-cum-Disciplinary Authority, Secondary Education, Assam. The said suspension order dated 19.12.2024 had been made in pursuance to the Government Order No. 332725/49 dated 26.11.2024. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had asked for a copy of the said Government Order No. 332725/49 dated 26.11.2024, which was reflected in the suspension order dated 19.12.2024, the Director has not furnished a copy of the said Government Order No. 332725/49 dated 26.11.2024. 3. Mr. U. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 submits that as the petitioner has submitted an application dated 07.01.2025, for being furnished a copy of the Government Order No. 332725/49 dated 26.11.2024, the same would be provided to him as and when the petitioner goes to the office of the Director concerned. 4. In view of the submissions made by the counsels for the parties, this Court directs the Director-cum-Disciplinary Authority, Secondary Education, Assam, to furnish to the petitioner a copy of the Government Order No. 332725/49 dated 26.11.2024, as and when a copy of this order is furnished to the Director by the petitioner. 5.
