So far as another recovery certificate is concerned being NCR 145/0204/2019 (Dheeraj Arora Vs. Parasvnath Buildwell Private Ltd.l), same has been returned back to U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority along with letter dated 01.06.2023. 3. I have perused the instruction. From the perusal of same, no contempt is made out. 4.
