The petitioner has assailed the impugned order dated 26.06.2024 passed by the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Cuttack in Criminal Misc. Case No.14 of 2023 arising out of VGR Case No.8 of 2022 corresponding to Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No.13 of 2022. 2. On the prayer of the petitioner before the learned trial Court with regard to the release of the seized cash as well as the vehicle, the learned trial Court while directed release of the seized cash with proper security as mentioned therein, it refused the release of the vehicle to be unlocked. 3. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the State (Vigilance) as well as the petitioner, there is no impediment in unlocking the vehicle in question imposing such condition as would be befitting to the case more particularly the cash security in consonance with the value of the vehicle. 4. In the event, the petitioner moves the learned Court with a proper application in the manner observed herein, the same shall be disposed of by the learned trial Court within a period of one month. 5.
