ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station to hand over the keys pertaining to the petitioner house property D. No. 10-4-151 situated at Ranga Street, Uravakonda Mandal, Anantapur District is illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Article 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners house property D. No. 10- 4-151 situated at Ranga Street, Uravakonda Mandal, Anantapur District forthwith and pass.…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are insisting the petitioner to hand over the keys of the house property. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions would submit that police are not insisting the petitioner to hand over the keys of the house property of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
