ORDER:
1. The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:
“to direct the respondent No. 4 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners land an extent of Ac 2.00 cents in Survey No 1004-1 for the 1st petitioner, an extent of Ac 2.00 cents in survey No 1004-1 for the 2nd petitioner and an extent of Ac 1.89 cents in survey No 1004-1 for the 3rd petitioner for land situated at Ponguru Revenue Village, Marripadu Mandal, SPSR Nellore District without following due process of law pending disposal of the writ petition and to pass such other
order or orders….”
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondents are interfering with his possession over the subject property.
3. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, has submitted that a patta has not been granted and at present, the land is vacant.
4. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate action as per the provisions. Till such time, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property. No costs.
