The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 30.10.2023 passed by respondent no.4 in case No.04285 of 2019 Computrized case No.T201901500404285 (Rajesh Sharma Vs. Vinod Kumar) under section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 related to Mauja Moorja, District Mathura as well Tehsil Mant, as order dated 28.03.2025 passed by respondent no.3 in case No.1540 of 2024 Computrized case No.T202401500401540 (Vinod Kumar Vs. Smt. Rajesh Sharma) under section 35 (2) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over khata No.62, Khasra No.96 area 0.2198 hectare situated at Mauja Moorja, Tehsil Mant, District Mathura. (iii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents the respondents to not alienate/change the nature of the land in respect of khata No.62, Khasra No.96 area 0.2198 hectare situated at Mauja Moorja, Tehsil Mant, District Mathura." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 6.
