Mr. Jitendra Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had allotment of an industrial plot. Due to various reasons and finally death of her husband, she was unable to take steps pursuant to the allotment. Impugned is communication dated 6th February, 2025, cancelling the allotment. His client made representation dated 3rd May, 2025 to respondent no.2 (the Deputy Commissioner, Industries). He seeks direction upon said respondent to consider the representation. 2. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the allotment was made in year 2012 for setting up industry. Nothing has been done. The cancellation is in terms. On query he submits, the representation will be duly dealt with. 3. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order and copy of her representation dated 3rd May, 2025 to respondent no.2, within 9th June, 2025. In event the communication is made as directed, said respondent will consider the representation and inform petitioner, within three weeks thereafter. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
