14 12.12.2025 ss CR 323 of 1992 Anil Kumar Sen Vs. Kartick Chandra Ghosh None appears on behalf of the parties. Nor any accommodation is sought for. They were also not represented on last occasion i.e. on 05.12.2025, when the parties were specially directed to take necessary steps by this day. In view of the facts of repeated non-appearance and failure to comply with the Court’s directions, it is conclusively inferred that the parties are no longer interested in prosecuting the instant matter. Considering the protracted duration for which this matter has remained pending and the demonstrated lack of interest by the litigant, CR 323 of 1992 shall stand dismissed for default. Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand automatically dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Rule stands discharged. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Uday Kumar, J.) (Rajarshi Bharadwaj, J.)
