The instant application has been filed for correction of the name of the respondent No.1 who was inadvertently mentioned as the Union of India represented by the General Manager (Works), Maligaon, Guwahati to Union of India represented by the Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Railway, Rail Bhawan, New Delhi-110001. 3. It is the opinion of this Court that the prayer made in the instant application is required to be allowed in the interest of justice. Further to that, Mr. S. K. Medhi, the learned counsel who Page No.# 3/3 represents the respondents has no objection. 4. Taking into account the above, the instant application is allowed thereby permitting the substitution of the respondent No.1 by the Union of India represented by the Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Railway, Rail Bhawan, New Delhi-110001. 5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant is directed to file a fresh Memo of Parties within seven days from today and on the basis thereof, the Registry shall make the necessary correction in the cause title as well as also update the same in the CIS. 6.
