It is therefore further most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly pleased to issue protection to the petitioner.” 2. In paragraph nos. 14 to 17, following stand has been taken by the respondent – State: “14. That during investigation all the exhibits were sent to FSL Rohini for the expert opinion and the result of the same is still awaited. The same will be submitted through supplementary chargesheet. 15. XXXX9149. Certified CDR /CAF/ Location chart of both accused and complainant has been obtained and only relevant part has been attached in file. 16. That after completion of investigation, chargesheet has been filed on 28.11.2025 against the accused persons Neeraj Mittal S/O Vijay Kumar Mittal and Shiv Kumar Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Tilak Raj. 17. That, after filing of the chargesheet, the Ld. Trial Court has taken cognizance on 28.11.2025 and the accused persons have been summoned. The matter before the Ld. Trial Court is fixed for 29.01.2026; (Copy of order dated 28.11.2025 is annexed as Annexure A1).” 3. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the concerned Court where the charge-sheet has been filed for any further directions, as may be required in accordance with law. 4.
