The applicants are praying for condonation of delay of 287 days for preferring the appeal for enhancement of compensation. The applicants have preferred the First Appeal for enhancement of compensation. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that, delay is caused because of the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.5, 6 and 7 of the application. 3. It is desirable to condone the delay.
