The petitioners, two in number, filed the above writ petition to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not considering the applications made by the petitioners vide MUT250726020785, dated 26.07.2025 and MUT250813058882, dated 13.08.2025, as illegal and arbitrary. Page 3 of 4
2. Heard Sri Gandham S.R. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for the respondents. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that an application dated 26.07.2025 was made before respondent No.4 by the 2nd petitioner for mutation of Ac.0.95 cents in Sy.No.578-5 and Ac.1.02 cents in Sy.No.578-6 in his name. Another application was made by the 1st petitioner for mutation of Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.256-1 in his name. However, respondent No.4 updated Ac.0.95 cents in Sy.No.578-5 in the Web land records and did not consider the updation of other extents.
4. Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, submitted instructions of respondent No.4 along with two endorsements dated 30.08.2025 and 13.08.2025. Copies of endorsements are handed over to
learned counsel for the petitioners across the bar.
5. On perusal of the said endorsements, respondent No.4 has considered the mutation applications made by the petitioners and passed the endorsements.
6. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing on both sides would submit that an appeal would lie against the said endorsements.
7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the aforementioned endorsements before the appropriate forum. No
order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
