Petitioner is serving as Scientist –E in Forest Research Institute, Dehradun. He has been transferred to Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), vide order dated 24.04.25025. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the transfer order. 4. Mr. Vikas Pande, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Indian Council for Forestry Research and Education/ Forest Research Institute is notified under Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, therefore, the remedy of approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal is available to the petitioner. 5. We find substance in the said submission. 6. Since petitioner can approach the Tribunal under the aforesaid Act, therefore, we refuse to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of 2025:UHC:3337-DB alternate remedy with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. 7.
