Mr. Lalit Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. S.C. Dumka, learned A.G.A. with Ms. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State of Uttarakhand/ respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to command the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to further investigate the FIR No.553 of 2017 registered at P.S. Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar and ensure the statement of the victim is recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and only then report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. is submitted before the Court below. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, as the detenue was produced before this Court after the order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no use of keeping it pending, therefore, the present writ petition has rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
