ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the learned Standing Counsel accepting notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to issue a site visit certificate as per his application dated 09.5.2025.
