The writ petitioner is before this Court in the 2nd round of litigation, alleging that inspite of the order of this Court allowing interest as applicable at 6% per annum on the entire amount, the respondents have only partly complied with the same. A perusal of the writ petition does not disclose the exact amount which the petitioner is claiming for the period thereof. Furthermore, it appears that the writ petitioner has not even approach the respondents with the prayer for which he has come again before this Court. 2. Mr. S. Dey, learned Standing counsel for the respondents has only submitted that no interference is called for at this stage, and the writ petitioner is at liberty to make a representation, which will be examined. 3. Accordingly, this matter is closed at this stage itself, allowing the writ petitioner to file an appropriate representation before the respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 for consideration.
