THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ)
1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: A) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025 vide ANNEXURES-B AND C, in the interest of justice and equity.
B) Pass any such appropriate orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit, just and proper in the circumstances of this case, in the ends of justice and equity.
2. What is seen is that directions as sought against Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike and the Bangalore Development Authority. If that be so, this Court does not have territorial jurisdiction.
3. Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for liberty to file a fresh petition before the Principal Bench.
4. Reserving such liberty, the petition stands disposed of.
