Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj submitted that the amounts have already been paid to the petitioner. 3. On 03.11.2025, Sri Gummadavalli Vamsi Kumar, learned counsel sought time to file vakalat on behalf of the petitioner. Till today, no vakalat has been filed. This shows that the petitioner has no interest in pursuing the matter. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, if the petitioner still feels that the cause survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two (02) months. There shall be no order as to costs.
