Present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking anticipatory bail with respect to FIR No.468/2025 dated 13.07.2025 for the offences punishable under Section 137(2)/65(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) & Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 (POCSO Act) registered at Police Station Dabri, Delhi. 2. It is pointed out that on 26.09.2025, the applicant was protected from coercive action against him. 3.
