Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has not followed the conditions of the bail. In view of the submissions made in this petition, the condition No.2 as was imposed in granting bail, is hereby relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned on the Second Saturday of every month in between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet.
