Present criminal appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 10.12.1985 passed by Sri Sarnam Singh, 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Etawah in Sessions Trial No. 53 of 1982 connected with Sessions Trial No. 239 of 1982, convicting the appellants under Section 302 IPC and sentencing them to undergo life imprisonment. 2. In compliance to the last order the learned CJM, Auraiya, vide his report dated 28.08.2025 has reported that appellant no.2 Hukum Singh died about two years ago. 3. In view of the above, the appeal does not survive. The appeal is declared abated. 4. Accordingly, the present appeal is consigned to record.
