Heard Sri M.Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not taking any action on the petitioner’s representation dated 17.11.2025 for registration of FIR. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that except sending the representation through Speed post, the petitioner did not turn up to the police station for preliminary enquiry in this matter. 4 5. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to visit the police station and pursue his matter according to law. No order as to costs.
