It appears that the suit for partition is pending for last 19 years (nineteen years). 2. Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with. 3. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within a period of 2 years from the date of this order. 4.
